- What are included in this package?

  hmconv-w.exe : MS-Windows binary of hmconv 1.0pl3 compiled by Yi,Yeong-dueg
                 (queen@yes.snu.ac.kr)
                 No GUI, but just requires MS-Windows to run

  hmconv-d.exe :  MS-DOS binary of hmconv 1.0pl3 compiled with Turbo C

  hmconv.c     : C source code
                 also available at <ftp://ftp.kaist.ac.kr/hangul/code/hmconv>


- What are they good for?

  Can be used to convert ISO-2022-KR(Hangul Mail Exchange code)
  and EUC-KR(the code used in most other cases). Refer
